If you are a food outlet and would like to participate in the HOT program, you will need to contact your local council Environmental Health Officer who will help you meet the criteria of:

1. Healthy Food Choices

2. Food Safety and Hygiene

3. Smoke-free

Once accredited, the Award will be valid for 12 months and will be renewed only if the criteria continue to be met.
